Adrienne obtained her MLIS specializing in Preservation from the University of Pittsburgh in 2003. She started as a conservation technician for Etherington Conservation Services in 2004 and advanced to Associate Book Conservator over the next eight years, adding Field Services responsibilities along the way. Joining Johns Hopkins University in 2012, Adrienne served as the Preservation Librarian for the Milton S. Eisenhower Library. Late 2013, Adrienne moved to the Folger Shakespeare Library as a Book Conservator. Adrienne continues to assist in managing preventative conservation concerns through her work on climate related issues in collections spaces. Adrienne has completed two internships, one at Johns Hopkins University and one at the Folger Shakespeare Library, during her professional career and coursework through the Rare Book School, the International Preservation Studies Center, and International Academic Projects. In her spare time, she volunteers for the International Journal of Paper Conservation as an English-language editor.
